Yoga Cards – Set of 16

Introduce yoga to your students. The yoga cards are split into three levels (easy, intermediate and challenging). On the front is a photograph of a child surrounded by a bright image. On the reverse are illustrated instructions. The easy-to-follow teacher guide includes stretching exercises and follow up activities to integrate yoga into other areas of the curriculum. Each card measures 22 x 28cm. Yoga is fun and relaxing, the different poses demonstrated on these cards are attainable and of ability levels that most children will be able to accomplish.
